Neymar hit with new fine over project at Brazil mansion

Brazilian environmental authorities have imposed a second fine on football star Neymar after he disregarded their orders to cease an unauthorised construction project at his residence near Rio de Janeiro. Officials disclosed that the fine was issued on Saturday.
