2nd T20I: Lucknow pitch was overused, says UPCA official

A senior official of the Uttar Pradesh Cricket Association has blamed "overuse" for the poor quality of the pitch during the second T20I between India and New Zealand at the Bharat Ratna Shri Atal Bihari Vajpayee Ekana Stadium.
